Shipping policy

We utilise Australia Post for all Australian Orders.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days of being placed, if placed before 1pm on a business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day.

Delivery can take between 2-5 Business Days, Mon-Fri, Ex Public Holidays from the date of purchase.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control, please allow for extra time for your parcel to be delivered in this period.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, simply check online with Australia Post for tracking information.

A signature is required upon delivery, we therefore recommend that you are at home or utilise a work address.

We are not able to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.

If you are not available to sign for and receive your parcel, please contact the nominated courier service to arrange for re-delivery. If the item remains undelivered and is returned to us, you will be required to pay an administrative fee of $15.00 before the shoes are resent.
